50% - DLin-MC3-DMA (Ionizable Cationic Amino Lipid)
10% - 1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-PC (1,2-DSPC, Phospholipid)
38.5% - Cholesterol
1.5% - DMG-PEG(2000) (Lipid Excipient)
The EZNano DLin-MC3-DMA LNP can come with a variety of lipophilic dyes (DiO, DiI, DiD, and DiR), and can be loaded with mCherry, eGFP or FLuc mRNA.
