Helix Biotech's EZNano LP-01 LNP is a pre-formulated lipid nanoparticle with the following components:
 
45% - LP-01 (Ionizable Cationic Amino Lipid)
9% - 1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-PC (1,2-DSPC, Phospholipid)
44% - Cholesterol
2% - DMG-PEG(2000) (Lipid Excipient)
 
The EZNano LP-01 LNP can come with a variety of lipophilic dyes (DiO, DiI, DiD, and DiR), and can be loaded with mCherry, eGFP or FLuc mRNA.
