1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Custom-made or special-order items
Opened reagents, kits, or consumables
Downloadable software or digital files
Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Email sales@helix-biotech.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g. damaged or incorrect item).

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If the returned item is not in its original condition or is damaged, we may reduce or deny the refund.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 business days with photos and order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.
