BrightQuant™ R EE enables rapid, accurate determination of RNA nanoparticle encapsulation efficiency (EE%) using standard fluorescence plate readers and common fluorescence filter sets. The kit includes BrightQuant™ R reagent, RNase-free TE buffer, BrightQuant™ Omni NP Digest Buffer, and RNA calibration standards for quantifying free RNA, total RNA, encapsulated RNA, and encapsulation efficiency in lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) and other nanoparticle formulations.
